What’s the catch, do people actually win?

Absolutely! If we didn’t give the prizes away, we’d be breaking serious laws. Basically, we're legally required to award every prize.

How do I enter?

You get free entries for any and all purchases on our store! Taxes and shipping not included.

How is the winners chosen?

After each sweepstakes ends, all the entries are sent to www.RandomDraws.com a government approved and accredited random draw service. After 5 business days, they draw a winner at random. We will announce the winner on our Instagram page. If you have provided your Instagram username, we will tag you in the post.

If I win, what happens next?

Winners are announced on our Instagram page as well as being contacted by email, phone or private message.

How are prizes delivered?

Instead of sending you a board from off the rack, we will provide you with a e-gift card to the surfboard manufacturer so you can custom order the board of your dreams.

Who is eligible to enter?

You must be a legal resident legal resident of one of the 50 U.S and be 18 or older.

Where do I see my entries?

To see your total entries login to your account and you will see your order history including the amount of entries you have. If you visit the receipt page for an order you can view the number of entries received for that order.

How we contact winners? Beware of scammers.

We will never contact winners through social media. We only contact winners directly by email, phone, or private message.

We will never ask for any fees, money, shipping costs, bank account or credit card details. If someone does, block and report them, as they are most likely scammers.

Do my details remain private?

They sure do. The details you provide are only used to fulfill purchases and giveaway draw. We never share or sell your information.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. All sales are in US Dollars. So we apologize, but are not able to give any refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically sent to our sweepstakes company. Therefore we cannot tamper with any entries for the Speed Society giveaways.

We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the nature of our Giveaways, this policy is in place to ensure fairness and integrity for all participants.
